Why Femme Rhythm Exists
Because once upon a time I was ashamed of my sexy. I spent years hiding it, toning it down, and shrinking myself to fit what I thought was "acceptable". I stayed in a narrow lane, suppressing parts if myself that felt powerful, beautiful, and alive.
I created "FEMME RHYTHM" to rewrite that narrative - for myself and for other women like me. FEMME RHYTHM is a space where sexy choreography becomes a tool for connection, self-expression, and liberation. Where women can learn and move at a pace that feels right for them. Without shrinking, comparing, or apologizing.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I wear? You can wear anything you feel comfortable in. If you want to wear lingerie, great! Sweats? awesome. Halloween costume? go for it. I personally suggest wearing layers, so you have options!
What is the refund policy? Because the space is extremely limited, there are no refunds. I encourage all participants to commit ONLY if it is a full body fuck yes.
Do I need heels? Heels are optional. Many women go barefoot and many wear heels.
What if I don't want to be filmed? That is perfectly okay. Being filmed is optional and never a requirement.
What do I bring? Bring your beautiful open mind, a water bottle, knee pads, and a journal and pen.
What if I have never done choreography? Femme Rhythm is catered to women who have never done choreography and/or have minimal dance experience. Trust me, I understand choreo can be a little daunting. We take the class very slow, encourage one another, and move through it together.
